Double Dog Duty is a service of Peach State Services & Restoration LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, mobile number and service address.
• Details you give us about the property: number of dogs, gate codes or access notes, and where your trash bin sits.
• Your plan selection and billing history.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payment information is entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor, and never touches our systems.

How we use it

• To schedule and perform your service and to build efficient routes.
• To text or email you about visits, billing and account changes.
• To meet tax, accounting and insurance obligations.

By providing your mobile number you agree to receive service related text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Opting out of texts does not cancel service.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the vendors that run the business: Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for website hosting, and our scheduling and accounting software. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Advertising

Our website may use Meta advertising tools to measure the performance of ads. These tools may record that you visited the site or completed a signup. You can control this through your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and through your browser.

Retention

We keep account records for as long as you are a customer and afterward for as long as tax and insurance requirements demand. Gate codes and access notes are deleted when your service ends.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will honor deletion requests except where records must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
